After obtaining her MBA from Southern Methodist University, Fran got to work pursuing her passion for marketing. Jump forward to the present. Fran now brings over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience, collected on both the agency and client sides of the business. While working at The PM Group, Fran began in account service and has since risen to agency leadership where she now stands as our Chief Operating Officer/President. Fran’s professional expertise includes marketing strategy, branding, creative and media direction, account leadership, as well as promotional development and execution. During Fran’s tenure, she’s contributed to campaigns for major clients including Spurs Sports and Entertainment, Visionworks, Cotton Patch Café, CH Guenther, San Antonio Shoemakers, Stowers Furniture, HomeVestors, and SWBC, among others. Her Industry experience includes: sports and entertainment, medical, QSR and fast-casual dining, manufacturing, multi-unit retail, insurance and banking, non-profit, automotive. Fran brings a unique array of experience from different departments and sectors across marketing disciplines. The culmination of Fran’s professional career has helped her become a well-rounded leader who understands how to move the needle. She has a gift for understanding a client’s needs and thrives when enacting positive change to the bottom line, whether it be for the betterment of a business or the enhancement of society. Fran most recently served as the 2018 Chairwoman for Go Red for Women for the San Antonio Chapter of the American Heart Association. She also sits on the Board of Directors for SAYES.

Bob Wills serves as the Media Director of The PM Group. After a long career in business and marketing, Bob opened The PM Group in 1988 and hasn’t looked back since. Bob currently resides in the San Antonio, Texas Area.

Debbie Tweedy serves as the EVP Account Services of The PM Group. Debbie started at The PM Group in Feb of 2001. Debbie currently resides in the San Antonio, Texas Area.

Kathy Schmitt serves as the VP / Account Services of The PM Group. Debbie started at The PM Group in 2008. Kathy currently resides in the San Antonio, Texas Area.

Tony Pro serves as the Creative Director of The PM Group. Tony started at The PM Group in May of 2018. Tony currently resides in the San Antonio, Texas Area.
