Tianjin Port Development Holdings Ltd., was incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the provision of containerised and noncontainerised cargo handling services, sales and other port ancillary services at the port of Tianjin in the People's Republic of China. It operates in three reportable segments: Cargo Handling, Sales and Other port ancillary services. Cargo Handling segment is engaged in the Provision of container handling and non-containerised cargo handling. Sales segment supplies fuel and sales of materials and Other port ancillary services segment provides Tugboat services, agency services, tallying and other services.
