Mr. Glenn Goucher has been the President at The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited since August 2016. Mr. Goucher has been the Head of Canadian Depository for Securities Limited and Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation since August 9, 2017. Mr. Goucher serves as Senior Vice President of Derivatives Clearing at TMX Group Inc. Mr. Goucher has been President and Chief Clearing Officer at Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation since August 24, 2009 and December 2010 respectively and served as its Senior Vice President since August 24, 2009. Mr. Goucher served as Senior Vice President of Bourse de Montr??al Inc. (now Montreal Exchange Inc.). Mr. Goucher served as Senior Vice President of Financial Markets of Montreal Exchange Inc. since August 2004. Mr. Goucher served as Vice-President, Business Development of Montreal Exchange from November 2001 to August 2004. Prior to joining Montreal Exchange, he served as Director, Sales and Marketing, Equity Related Products and Floor Manager for Scotia Capital Markets Inc. from August 1999 to November 2001 and as Fixed Income Portfolio Manager of New Brunswick Investment Management Corporation from 1993 to August 1999. He serves as a Director of Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation. Mr. Goucher serves on the Board of Directors of MCeX. Mr. Goucher has held the title of Chartered Financial Analyst since 1997. He holds both an MBA and a BSc Eng. from the University of New Brunswich.

Ms. Cheryl Graden has been Group Head of Legal & Business Affairs, Enterprise Risk Management & Government Relations at TMX Group Limited since August 9, 2017. Ms. Graden has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at TMX Group Limited since March 2, 2015. Ms. Graden has also been appointed an Officer of TMX Group Limited and its subsidiaries. Ms. Graden serves as the Chief Legal Counsel of Natural Gas Exchange Inc. (NGX) and served as its General Counsel since 2004. Ms. Graden served as Group Head of Legal & Business Affairs at TMX Group Limited since March 2, 2015 until August 9, 2017. She began her legal career at Torys LLP in 1996 and joined TMX Group in 2004. Her role has grown over the years to encompass additional responsibilities, including the Canadian Depository for Securities' legal and regulatory affairs. In January 2013, she was promoted to Vice President of Cash Clearing and Energy. She holds Undergraduate Degree from the University of Alberta, Ms. Graden earned Bachelor of Laws and Masters of Law (Securities) degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School and is called to the Bar of Ontario.

Ms. Mary Lou Hukezalie has been Group Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice President at TMX Group Limited since July 31, 2012. Ms. Hukezalie serves as Senior Vice President of TMX Group Inc. and has been its Group Head of Human Resources since January 11, 2010. Ms. Hukezalie served as Vice President of Human Resources of TMX Group Inc and served as its Vice President since January 11, 2010. She was responsible for all Human Resources programs and practices across the enterprise. She served as Vice President and Group Head of Human Resources at TMX Group Inc. since January 1, 2010. From 2005 to 2009, Ms. Hukezalie served positions at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). She began as Vice President of Executive Resourcing. Within a year, her mandate expanded to include Executive Review, Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics. As a member of the Human Resources Executive Committee, she was also an active participant in the development and execution of several strategic Human Resources initiatives which were focused on enabling CIBC to grow in operational excellence and achieve its vision of being a leader in client relations. Prior to joining CIBC, she was at Bank of Montreal (BMO) for more than two decades. In her time at BMO, Ms. Hukezalie served more than 20 roles which spanned every Human Resources discipline and most businesses of the Bank, including its US operations at Harris Bank. As a leader in transformational change, Ms. Hukezalie became the first person appointed to an executive level as a Human Resources business partner at the bank. She went on to lead a number of important initiatives that were focused on the bank's human capital strategy and the development of a high performance culture. Ms. Hukezalie completed her Executive MBA at the Ivey School of Business as an Ivey Scholar. She also completed an undergraduate degree from York University in French and Economics.

Mr. Luc Fortin has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Bourse de Montr??al Inc. since November 17, 2016. Mr. Fortin has been Chief Executive Officer of Montreal Exchange and President of Montreal Exchange at TMX Group Limited since November 11, 2016 and served as its an Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Montreal Exchange since August 2016 until November 11, 2016. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of Bourse de Montr??al Inc. from August 2, 2016 to November 17, 2016. Mr. Fortin served as Managing Director of Derivatives Trading at Bourse de Montr??al Inc., since June 27, 2016 until August 2016. Mr. Fortin is responsible for developing and deploying strategies to grow the derivatives business. He focused on the efficient delivery of new products and solutions to enhance the overall MX client experience and oversee the day-to-day operation of the derivatives market. He has over 25 years of capital markets experience to MX, with a specialty in leading client-facing teams in fixed income and derivatives. He served as Managing Director, Canadian Head of the Institutional Client Group at HSBC Bank Canada. Mr. Fortin led HSBC's institutional client-facing businesses in rates and credit, derivatives, foreign exchange and money markets across Canada. He held senior leadership positions at TD Bank and TD Securities.

Mr. Ungad Chadda serves as President of Capital Formation for Equity Capital Markets at TMX Group Limited. Mr. Chadda has been the Senior Vice President of TSX Inc. since May 2009. He joined the stock exchange in 1997 and has over 12 years of experience in the listings business. Mr. Chadda served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy of TSX Inc. He serves as Director of TSX Trust. Mr. Chadda is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Shaun Mciver has been Chief Client Officer for Equity Capital Markets of TMX Group Limited since April 18, 2016. In this newly created role, Mr. McIver focus on the design and execution of enhanced sales, relationship management and distribution strategies for TMX's capital formation and equities trading business. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales, client service and product development. Most recently, he was Global Head of the Digital Media Solutions business at Nasdaq Inc. He previously held business, commercial, and sales leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Teleglobe, Inc. He also co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian technology firm Streamlogics Inc., which was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2009.

Mr. John McKenzie has been the Chief Financial Officer of TMX Group Limited since July 11, 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. McKenzie served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at Tsx Group Inc. Mr. McKenzie has been with TMX Group Limited for 16 years. He most recently served as the President of the Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS), Canada's equity and fixed income clearing house and a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group. After joining TMX Group in 2000 as Director of Finance and Administration, Mr. McKenzie held increasingly senior executive positions in Corporate Strategy and Development and Finance. In these roles, he led TMX financial and strategic planning and managed various TMX acquisitions, including the Maple transaction, Montr'?al Exchange and Shorcan, as well as the resulting integration initiatives. In September 2013, Mr. McKenzie served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of CDS and in July 2015, he was named President of CDS. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Mr. McKenzie is a board member of the Canadian Capital Markets Association. Mr. McKenzie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and has MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University and an Honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jeffrey LaBrot serves as the VP, Capital Formation of TMX Group. Jeffrey currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
