What did you like most about the interview process?
We do an exercise where you touch and use the product and then give feedback on what you would do if you were in the role. It's not challenging but not easy. It felt great to talk about real work and not just question and answer all the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are the best! I like feeling like my contributions matter (and they do!).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What we do is so important to so many companies. We help our customers better engage with and help their customers, and in a meaningful way.
