Everything is a fire drill - it's like we never have visibility of what's coming so we can't prepare or plan ahead.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating - nobody knows what the plan is, where we fit, and how we're going to execute on the "growth" that is all we ever hear about. Caring - they only care about the sales team
