I love what we are doing. Working with an innovator like Torrance is inspiring but fun. He listens and explores all ideas and feedback from our users and the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a pretty diverse group of people that are able to learn from and joke with each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is usually looked at through the lens of "How much money am I making" but, while I have a very competitive package I would easily turn down jobs that pay me a lot more that would not offer me this work/life/mission balance.
