Ms. Lisa C. Callicotte is the Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Global Investors, Inc. (the ???Company???) since July 2013. Ms. Callicotte was Controller of the Company from July 2009 until July 2013. Since July 2009, Ms. Callicotte has served and continues to serve in various positions with the Company and its subsidiaries.
