doctors, PA's, NP's and other healthcare providers are top notch but administrative management is pretty horrible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More support is needed for admin staff. adequate coverage is needed. don't make part time or per diem employees feel bad for needing to take time off last minute since no benefits are even offered.
