What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More support is needed for admin staff. adequate coverage is needed. don't make part time or per diem employees feel bad for needing to take time off last minute since no benefits are even offered.

Creates processes that emphasize accountability and the leadership team setting expectations and performance objectives for staff to aspire towards.
