It is a huge company so every department has a different culture based on the leadership. Benefits are competitive but salaries for staff are not in comparison to other companies. There is a large disparity between executive salaries and staff, even staff leadership.

Our departmental leadership team lead with vision, advocate for their staff and are fair and equitable in their decision making.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
