What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our departmental leadership team lead with vision, advocate for their staff and are fair and equitable in their decision making.
They provide guidance but allow their team to have autonomy.
Understanding, genuine and most of all caring.
They provide the funding necessary for me to do my job well although this comes with a lot of politics

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO plus holidays, medical benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is not in line with my peers at other companies in similar roles.
I do an incredible amount of work for relatively low pay. this has been getting better but still underpaid
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse skill set, supportive, positive. Always team oriented.
Small team, diverse in age and ethnicity.
good sense of humor, young and vibrant coworkers
most of us work really well together to get things done

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our departmental culture is not necessarily representative of all depts, that said I have described our dept culture in the prior question
I have autonomy to try new ideas.
the people that you work with, promote a great work place
we are all working towards the same goal

Opportunity to meet with multiple people
It felt more like a conversation instead of an interrogation.
Great feedback and conversational tone
I did not have a formal interview. my hiring manager hired me on the spot

Projects where I am learning new skill sets and have the opportunity to platform my work
The name carries a lot of weight in the industry.
i get to try new things to try and push things forward
