What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide guidance but allow their team to have autonomy.
Understanding, genuine and most of all caring.
They provide the funding necessary for me to do my job well although this comes with a lot of politics

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO plus holidays, medical benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do an incredible amount of work for relatively low pay. this has been getting better but still underpaid
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small team, diverse in age and ethnicity.
good sense of humor, young and vibrant coworkers
most of us work really well together to get things done
