Mr. Dennis R. Woods has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of United Security Bancshares since 1993. Mr. Woods has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Security Bank since 1993. He has been the Chairman of the Board of United Security Bank. He has been a Director of United Security Bancshares since 2001. Mr. Woods serves as a Director of United Security Bank. He serves as a Director of Pacific Coast Banker's Bank.

Ms. Bhavneet Gill has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of United Security Bancshares and its subsidiary United Security Bank since March 2015. Ms. Gill has more than 7 years of experience in banking and the financial services industry. Prior to joining United Security, she served in various finance roles at Central Valley Community Bank and State Street and also having served as the Accounting Manager at Central Valley Community Bank. She received her Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis.

Mr. David L. Eytcheson, also known as Dave, has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of United Security Bancshares and for its subsidiary, United Security Bank since 1997.

Dr. Robert G. Bitter, Pharm. D. serves as Secretary of United Security Bancshares. Mr. Bitter serves as Clinical Pharmacist at Madera Community Hospital, Owner of Berenda Creek Ranch and Partner in Selma Shopping Center. Mr. Bitter has been Director of United Security Bancshares since 2001. He is an active and award winning member of the Madera Sunrise Rotary Club and served as District Governor of District 5220. He has worked extensively with youth in the community, particularly with the High School Interact Club. Through Rotary, he is involved in many diverse International Service activities.

Mr. William M. Yarbenet, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President of United Security Bancshares and United Security Bank since July 2013. Mr. Yarbenet serves as Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President at United Security Bank. Mr. Yarbenet served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Heritage Oaks Bank, a subsidiary of Heritage Oaks Bancorp. from January 30, 2012 to June 25, 2013. He has 25 plus years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, including a solid background in credit, finance and treasury management. Mr. Yarbenet served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at PremierWest Bancorp. and its subsidiary PremierWest Bank from August 2009 to January 31, 2012. Prior to joining PremierWest, Mr. Yarbenet held various positions of increasing responsibility at Merrill Lynch & Co., including serving as Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Credit Officer for Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Co., one of Merrill's two domestic banking subsidiaries. Mr. Yarbenet also served as Chief Credit Officer for The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2009, where he developed the credit infrastructure and managed credit risk for a de novo bank which rapidly grew to be one of the largest in the state of Utah. Mr. Yarbenet holds an MBA degree from Rutgers University and a B.S degree in Economics from Allegheny College.

Mr. Jon M. Heidt has been Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President at United Security Bancshares since May 4, 2017. Mr. Heidt has been the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of United Security Bank since January 2017. Mr. Heidt has over twenty years experience within the commercial banking, consumer finance, mortgage lending and National Bank Regulatory Agency environments. He served as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Bank of Commerce Holdings (Also known as Redding Bank of Commerce) from May 2014 to 2016.
