They're highly motivating and encouraging, always thinking positive and driven to do their best. Everyone is pushed to go beyond their comfort zone so that we can grow and achieve our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try their best to cascade product developments, training, important announcements and team developments to ensure that each associate is well-equipped to answer questions and manage the business as best as they can.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When it's for you, it's for you. The question was, "Would you be willing to pursue your passion through this business?" It was easy to answer when I saw the business and the health opportunity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at USANA is one that never settles for less.. Everyone I know who's seriously doing USANA is trying very hard to turn problems into challenges that can be overcome. The environment is not toxic, but positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to share my story and my health and fitness journey and my advocacy to others. Everything I do now is all about enjoying life and good health, because that's what USANA is about. I am reminded everyday of my deep whys and why I'm doing this business.. it's always for God, my family, and others
