What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Once you get to know the people everyone is willing to be helpful.
I feel valued, supported, and engaged in my work. This includes factors such as effective communication, a supportive and inclusive environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a sense of purpose and meaning in the work being done.
The culture at USANA is one that never settles for less.. Everyone I know who's seriously doing USANA is trying very hard to turn problems into challenges that can be overcome. The environment is not toxic, but positive.
The company take cares of us.

Associates are the most friendly and love to work with them.
