Mr. Tenling Ti also known as Tim has been Chief Executive Officer and Director at UTStarcom Holdings Corp. since January 2016 and November 8, 2016 respectively. Mr. Ti has more than twenty years of business and management expertise. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Gateway Labs, Inc., a subsidiary of UTStarcom. Prior to that, he served various roles at UTStarcom, including Senior Vice-President of Advanced Network Architecture Technologies, Senior Vice-President of Research & Development and General Manager of the Broadband Business Unit. Before joining UTStarcom, Mr. Ti served as the Director of Application & Marketing of Advanced Communication Devices Corporation, which was acquired by UTStarcom in 2001. He received a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University in 1993.

Mr. Eric Lam has been Vice President of Finance at UTStarcom Holdings Corp. since November 8, 2016. Mr. Lam is a seasoned technology and finance executive with nearly 40 years of business experience. Prior to rejoining UTStarcom, he served as a special advisor to Shanghai Phicomm Communications. Before that, he served at UTStarcom for eight years in a variety of senior roles. He was educated in the United States, with a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Business School.

Dr. Zhaochen Huang has been Chief Operating Officer of UTStarcom Holdings Corp. since January 15, 2016. Dr. Huang served as Vice President of Production at UTStarcom Holdings Corp until January 15, 2016. He has more than twenty-five years of business and management expertise to the Company. He served as the Vice President, Global Operations at UTStarcom and General Manager of UTStarcom India. Prior to that, Dr. Huang served various positions at Soliton Systems, K.K. including General Manager of Soliton Systems Inc., USA and Vice President of Research and Development at Soliton Systems Shanghai. Prior to that, Dr. Huang served at SECOM Co., LTD. and Nanjing Institute of Solid Device. He received his doctorate degree of Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology.

Ms. Yanya Sheng serves as Senior Vice President of Research & Development at UTStarcom Holdings Corp. Ms. Sheng served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadband Business Unit of at UTStarcom Holdings Corp. In this role, Ms. Sheng is responsible for overall business unit leadership and management, including technology R&D and product portfolio management. Ms. Sheng joined UTStarcom in April 2003 and has held a series of Director and Vice President positions in global engineering, network management and R&D. Previously, Ms. Sheng held technical and senior management roles in engineering design and management at Nortel Networks, Hitachi Telecom and several telecommunications startups in the United States and Canada, including Silicon Valley-based Xros, Inc., an optical switching company acquired by Nortel Networks. Ms. Sheng holds a B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering from Southeast University, China; a M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Institute of Plasma Physics, Academia Sinica, China and a M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Calgary, Canada.
