I’ve worked with the partner of my firm for over 15 years. She has been nothing but helpful and attentive. It’s been a great place to work and has given me loads of experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits in the consultant industry has always been terrible and puts the risk on the consultant when the company can’t get gigs. I don’t like that. We already have the risk for not being paid for those days.
