Positive Reviews from Employees

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Well constructed and pleasant to be around.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is there to help and share sales tactics. Everyone on the floor is very respectful and know how to have a laugh when appropriate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our managers philosophy is to keep drama out of the work place and to help everyone (not just the customers) to the fullest. I truley feels like a family when I work there.

Constructive Feedback from Employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication , attitude and willingness to treat employees with professionalism.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A nice pay raise might help. Also, the culture is such that management and employees speak horribly to each other. This is very distracting, causes stress and is unacceptable.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Have respect for each other.
