What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and morale are really depressing. Many coworkers are great. The office is distracting and all of the budget cuts have made it uncomfortable. Many people have left or been fired so it feels empty.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The acquisition has been terrible. The executive team doesn’t seem to know or care how badly morale has suffered and I have no clue why they purchased us or how we got into the company plan. They don’t seem to know what to do with us. Honestly it’s hard to imagine things getting better at this point
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, direction, culture, compensation, pretty much everything.
