Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No promises and agreements will be fulfilled towards majority of employees. Once you are employed - salaries will be unpaid or badly delayed. Worst case scenario is to work for company as consultant remotely. CEO gonna whine that he has no money and will ask to wait for salaries... forever.
