Mr. Roland B. Desilets serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Vishay Precision Group, Inc. Mr. Desilets served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of QAD Inc. from April 2001 to January 29, 2009. He rejoined QAD Inc. in April 2001, after serving one year as Vice President and General Counsel of Atlas Commerce, Inc. He served as Corporate General Counsel and Regional General Counsel at QAD Inc. since 1998 and 1993, respectively. Before joining QAD Inc. in 1993, Mr. Desilets served as intellectual property counsel for Unisys Corporation. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Ursinus College.

Mr. William M. Clancy serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Vishay Precision Group, Inc. Mr. Clancy serves as the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Siliconix Incorporated. He has been employed by Vishay Intertechnology since 1988. He served as Vice President and Assistant Secretary of Vishay Semiconductor GmbH. He serves as Corporate Secretary of Vishay Measurements Group, Inc. He served as Corporate Secretary at Vishay Precision Group, Inc. He served as Corporate Controller of Vishay Intertechnology from 1993 to November 1, 2009. He served as Corporate Secretary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc. since 2006 and served as its Assistant Corporate Secretary from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Clancy served as a Vice President of Vishay Intertechnology since 2001 and its Senior Vice President since 2005. From June 16, 2000 to May 16, 2005 (the date Vishay Intertechnology acquired the noncontrolling interest in Siliconix incorporated).
