The pay and benefits ate great here, but how their leadership treat their employee's isn't so great. People of color are not respected for their knowledge and skills. There is discrimination & disrespect towards POC. They push equality, but hire people that don't believe in equality.

Respecting one another's differences in skills and background.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to cut down on the amount of interviews. When there are too many people involved in the hiring process, it shows they have too much conflict.
