What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well I do believe they care, but not really knowing how things operate on shifts it's easy to be passive on addressing employee concerns for improving work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, autonomy, trust, saftey, empowering others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company bonus is a great perk
It is very generous for a smaller company.

My team members are amazing, collaborative, positive and smart
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respecting one another's differences in skills and background.
Setting up work place rule, like not letting someone Blair their music for everyone to hear. Practice a culture where every other word is profanity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about Vital are the crewmembers minus the execuitve team.
It is air conditioned in the work area.

Everyone was very genuine and authentic
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to cut down on the amount of interviews. When there are too many people involved in the hiring process, it shows they have too much conflict.
What makes you most happy at work?
My fellow crewmembers, managing the employee resource groups and the amazing leads of the DEI council
Going home on at a decent time
