What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Setting up work place rule, like not letting someone Blair their music for everyone to hear. Practice a culture where every other word is profanity.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Well I do believe they care, but not really knowing how things operate on shifts it's easy to be passive on addressing employee concerns for improving work environment.
