What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders are driven by vision and allowed to pursue their ideas.
I LOVE MY MANAGER! He is not a micro-manager and he is so easy to work with. We collaborate well on our team and I appreciate all that he has done for me.
Their willingness to work by the company ideals rather than just promote them

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop acquiring companies and removing existing employees in lieu of cheap contractors, invest in your employees
Their sales organization is essentially leaderless.
Investing in the company/knowing the product and focusing on long-term growth rather than short-term financial goals
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and matching 401k
It is an average benefits package but decent pay.
I am very blessed to feel that I am being paid what I am worth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid at or above market.
Rates for roles across the company regularly trend upwards of 20-25% lower than market rates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is open. Very eager to do a good job.
We are so much fun. We work well together and we everyone is very responsive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many people are "retired in post"
A very clique-ish culture that "leaders" participate in and encourage.
The people actually working with and on the product itself are outstanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone communicates even across departments. The goal is a common goal.
The flexibility to be able to work, but be available at any time.
Truly invested in adhering to the company's core values - ownership, continuous improvement, transparency.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get some real go-getters in middle management and employ some decent IT management
What did you like most about the interview process?
The format of the interview was very comfortable for being an interview.
I felt like I knew my boss for years when I first met him. It was a very easy process.
They give an IQ test to start with, many people we want to hire can't get past it (it's also illegal)
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have interviewers turn up with the right CVs for the candidate
Cut the pseudo-science screening tests
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home and work life balance.
Being able to work effectively without being stressed.
Positive customer interactions when resolving their issues
Excellent co-workers, fast-paced & exciting work, office perks
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat long term customers as if they are not appreciated
Complacency and an over-reliance on acquisitions for growth.
