What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are very competitive, including a $500 annual stipend to spend as I see fit. Unlimited PTO.
We have a strong benefits package. We have 12 weeks of paid pregnancy leave.

We work together to achieve goals that ultimately help our merchants
We help each other. Volusion is a very collaborative environment where creativity is encouraged and autonomy is granted.
I work with a group of smart people that care about the quality of their work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an amazing set of teams that support each other with alot if collaboration!
We are turning this thing around and making progress daily. Management focuses on keeping us informed of progress.
