What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing the work I do used by customers. It gives me great pride to point out to my family work I did that's improved a customers offering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are very comprehensive. The medical & travel benefits have helped us out my family on a number of occasions in situations a lot of other insurances would not cover.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whilst we often work hard, everyone is very respectful of time, whether that's vacation or sickness. At other global companies I've felt pressured to be available all the time. Not at Vlocity, I've felt able to stop at the end of the day and never felt pressured to respond while away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been an employee here since the very early days and I've seen us grow from less than 10 to over 1000 employee's and our customer numbers grow year on year. Our leadership from David and co is what got us there. The way they've led and executed has been nothing short of inspirational.
