What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options and a discounted gym membership at an awesome gym near the office. I also love that the leadership team regularly reviews compensation and makes adjustments as deserved. Hard work and results are both rewarded fairly!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is fantastic. There's a great sense of family here and I genuinely enjoy spending time with everyone on the team. Such a cool group of hard-working, innovative people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working collaboratively with my teammates. We do a lot of great projects together and I like the brainstorming and the execution.
