What do you like best about the leadership team?
Understand work life balance. We work really hard but they make will actually send you home if they think you need a day off. They a lot of trust in employees to come up with creative solutions and encourage autonomy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid time off. They'll also help cover costs for outside classes/learning, even if it doesn't have to do directly with tech which is pretty cool.

Very smart people motivated by pushing themselves..
