Low pay, horrible horrible management, not allowed to use the vacation you've acquired, benefits are awful, seniority has absolutely no value!! Employees that try to do a good job are treated poorly.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There were great people working for the company but that was seven years ago. That no longer exists, most good employees are gone from VSP
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Using constructive coaching, not being retaliatory when you say something they don't like or don't agree with. And please please stop acting like a bunch of high school kids.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All the ASP cares about is money in Revenue these days and customers are seeing it and filling it. Csr's are expected to rush the call rather than provide a quality experience, representatives get negative reviews when they take too much time with a member.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are all new hires everybody that worked for VSP and was knowledgeable is no longer there. There's a lot of gossip and criticism it goes on time to grow up and show your professionalism rather than acting like a bunch of high school kids
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for VSP for almost 7 years and only making $18.47 an hour new hires are paid $18 an hour to start yeah I have a bigger job responsibilities they transfer all of the claims and complaints calls to me causing my average handle time to go up and that is not accounted for in a review
