Mr. Mark E. Yale, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Washington Prime Group Inc. since January 15, 2015. Mr. Yale is responsible for the GLIMCHER financial management and reporting. He oversees accounting, finance, investor relations, marketing and information services. Mr. Yale serves as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Glimcher Properties Limited Partnership. Previously, he served as the Principal Accounting Officer at Glimcher Properties Limited Partnership. Mr. Yale served as an Executive Vice President at Glimcher Realty Trust since May 5, 2006, Chief Financial Officer since August 30, 2004 and Treasurer since May 6, 2005. Mr. Yale served as Senior Vice President of Glimcher Realty Trust from August 5, 2004 to May 2005 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Storage USA, Inc from July 1999 to 2002. and its Manager of Finance. Prior to the acquisition of Storage USA Inc. by GE Real Estate in 2002, Mr. Yale served as Senior Vice President for Financial Reporting of Storage USA Inc. from July 1999 to 2002 and Vice President for Financial Reporting from August 1998 to June 1999. He served as Senior Audit Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from January 1994 to July 1998. His experience encompassed the areas of financial reporting, capital formation, strategic planning and productivity improvement. Mr. Yale also successfully managed Storage's financial and accounting functions through the acquisition integration. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Yale holds a B.S degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

Ms. Cheryl M. Vanpatten has been Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Washington Prime Group Inc. since October 9, 2015. Ms. VanPatten is responsible for providing solutions, direction and leadership regarding information technology to corporate and field operations and to other business partners. Ms. VanPatten served as Vice President of Information Services at Glimcher Realty Trust. Prior to joining Glimcher in 2010, Ms. VanPatten served as Vice President of Support Services at Influent, where she was responsible for all technical aspects of client relationships, including requirements analysis, scripting, leads processing, reporting and file transmissions. Previously, she held a wide range of IT and project management positions with Wendy's International, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio, with responsibility for the development and implementation of a number of strategically significant technology, development and operations projects. Ms. VanPatten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Robert P. Demchak, ESQ., J.D., has been an Executive Vice President at Washington Prime Group Inc. since October 12, 2015 and has been its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 16, 2016. Mr. Demchak serves as Secretary and General Counsel at SPG SpinCo Subsidiary Inc. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from October 12, 2015 to June 16, 2016. Prior to joining the firm, in May 2014, he served as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets Group/Legal of Simon Property Group, Inc. Prior to that, Vice President, Capital Markets Group at Simon Property Group from 2009-2013. He has also worked as an Attorney at Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings, an Associate at Kaye Scholer and an Associate at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf. Mr. Demchak holds a J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mrs. Melissa A. Indest, also known as Lisa, CPA has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Washington Prime Group Inc. since January 15, 2015. Mrs. Indest served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Glimcher Realty Trust since January 6, 2014. She oversaw all operations of firm's accounting and finance departments as well as investor relations and corporate communications. Previously, she served as a Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Glimcher Realty Trust since June 2010, where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including external financial reporting, tax reporting, lease accounting, credit and investor relations. Mrs. Indest also served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Glimcher Realty Trust from 2007 to June 2010. She joined Glimcher in 2003 as the Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining Glimcher, Mrs. Indest served in various accounting and operational roles with Corporate Express of Cincinnati, Ohio, where held the title of president, central Midwest division. In addition to prior experience as a Controller, Mrs. Indest has extensive background in finance, audit, budget and operational processes and procedures. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mrs. Indest serves as Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors for Lifeline of Ohio. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Mrs. Indest received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Akron.

Mr. Butch M. Knerr served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of WP GLIMCHER Inc. (formerly, Washington Prime Group Inc.) from September 2014 to October 4, 2017 and also served as its Senior Vice President. Prior to this, Mr. Knerr served as an Executive Vice President of Leasing for Malls at Simon Property Group Inc. He served in numerous roles of increasing responsibility at Simon Property Group and its predecessor from July 1988 through March 2009. He is a 26 year industry veteran, who has led leasing teams through new developments and re-developments along with leasing large stabilized property portfolios. Mr. Knerr holds a B.S. in Management from Indiana University.

Mr. Gregory E. Zimmerman, also known as Greg, serves as an Executive Vice President of Development of Washington Prime Group Inc. Previously, Mr. Zimmerman served as Senior Vice President of Big Box, Theatre & Peripheral Development at Simon Property Group. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Real Estate at Macerich Company and in Development and Legal roles at The Rouse Company. He is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association and has served on numerous Boards of Directors through Boy Scouts of America and Dickinson College. He serves on the Board of Cardinal Properties for the Ball State University Foundation. Mr. Zimmerman holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dickinson College.

Mr. Erich A. Stehle has been Senior Vice President of Construction of Washington Prime Group Inc. Mr. Stehle has 25 years of retail construction experience. Previously, Mr. Stehle served as Vice President of Construction for Washington Prime Group, as well as Senior Director, Construction for Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015. Prior to that, he served as Project Manager at Triad Construction Management. Mr. Stehle is involved in numerous philanthropic and community endeavors including Pelotonia, a grass-roots annual bike tour that funds cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute and he is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the ICSC Professional Certification. Mr. Stehle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
