Paying their employees more, and providing healthcare.

What did you like most about the interview process?

A very standard interview process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because the CEO gets paid 7.4 mil and I get paid 16 an hour

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Compensation. Bonuses that reward increased production. Care about our health and happiness. Give us vacation time to reset and actually enjoy our lives.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team works seamlessly, and when one area is ahead they will move to a lacking area to keep things running smoothly. Very efficient and friendly team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop looking at employees as a cost cutting measure, and look at them as investments. Value your employees, and it motivates us to work harder and more efficiently.
