remove the SIP program it is a negative motivator.

What were promised during hiring changed in terms of bonuses after about 2 year to something that pays less and that we have much less control of.

I'm the only worker worked they the whole pandemic and got a quarter raise no I'm not valued

Because the CEO gets paid 7.4 mil and I get paid 16 an hour

Have competitive salaries for the position being performed. Stop penalizing legacy employees salaries when they are promoted.

Stop looking at employees as a cost cutting measure, and look at them as investments. Value your employees, and it motivates us to work harder and more efficiently.

From management to team members the culture in the company needs to be upgraded and enforced. Talking about teamwork and fairness isn't the reality in the field.

Compensation. Bonuses that reward increased production. Care about our health and happiness. Give us vacation time to reset and actually enjoy our lives.

Cutting of head count to have the C-suite chasing electronic, robotic solutions but continue to fail at achieving their strategic objectives and losing sight of the customer needs.
