every weekend off we work hard modnay-saturday thats alot

What are some of the best things about your team?

that no matter what we have each others back rather it be cleaning rooms or taking over sterilization or even x-rays

What do you like best about the leadership team?

She fine somedays but you always know when its showing on her face when she is stressing out but overall she is fine

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel they unfairly promote. And upon promoting they do not offer the salary as Everyone else.

Compensation is fair and performance based
