What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to motivate everybody to be productive
The thing I like the most is how well they manage the flow of the office.
She fine somedays but you always know when its showing on her face when she is stressing out but overall she is fine
Im new to the company but so far I can see that the company tries to make sure we have the tools we need to succeed. The IT department is very easy to contact and responds fairly quickly. Management sends emails regularly to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Safe and peaceful place to work . We help good people with dental problems no mater their condition or status.

My manager amd floor supervisor hold each of us acountable with out micro managing. They are compasoniate and help us to achieve what we strive for

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything worst company to work for
Concern about growth of their treams instead of thrir stock options
They beed to get better at being more involved with staff.
Replace them and do not allow family to be in every office, there needs to be a copy otherwise the fraud and corruption will continue
hire more staffs, stop overbooking clients
