I've been here since 2012. For the most part it's been great. However, in my current situation it feels more like a trap instead of a job. It might be intentional but it's just how I feel. I love the company I'm just losing money in my current situation and it's frustrating.

That we are a family
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving the guest. Changing their day is a positive way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a family. We actually love and care about each other. We work great together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is great, hard working and always willing to help when needed. They really care about the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Kelly, the lady that interviewed me. She is no longer with us at the hotel unfortunately, but she was the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm on file as a server and that money is good, but I mainly do set up and I'm only making $10. When I first started I did set up for a few years and transferred to make more money. Now I'm pretty much back on step one. I've made this job priority over my other job and I'm losing money because of it
