I haven't elected benefits yet, but from what I've seen of the health insurance premium costs for associates, I consider them fair. The package also seems well-rounded, with free or inexpensive access to services that support my well-being.

I'm on file as a server and that money is good, but I mainly do set up and I'm only making $10. When I first started I did set up for a few years and transferred to make more money. Now I'm pretty much back on step one. I've made this job priority over my other job and I'm losing money because of it

I love every "howdy" wave when I pass BCR associates on the road. We greet each other as if we are guests.

We need to replace our front office manager. She creates a hostile work environment and the guests constantly complain about it

I liked that the my manager-to-be conducted the interview and that she gave me a timeline about when I'd know her decision. She gave me a detailed description of what tasks the position involves and a tour of the Farm - helpful in my decision to say, "yes" to my offer of employment.

I appreciate having different types of tasks to do - some solitary work and some guest-facing. I appreciate the opportunity to move about the property and feel the "vibe" so I can serve guests with an understanding of their experiences.
