So far, I've learned a lot and had the opportunity to grow. Things move fast, and sometimes I have to play catch up. But I like fast paste. I love, love, love my team and other colleagues. I see the upper management's effort in constantly working towards sustaining a good culture.

Amazing sense of unity. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We get work done.

Sense of accomplishment and spending time with people I like. Career growth and getting paid fairly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive pay. The insurance is the best I've had. My out of pocket is below $100. My dental plan is out of this world good. PTO and holidays. My kitten is happy about the pet insurance too.
