I think for me it has to be the "get your sleeves rolled up and get things done". We work in a very competitive field - as a result of that we need to be at the top of our game at all times. If you can't hang with a fast paced atmosphere, look elsewhere as this place isn't for you.

Extremely tight knit team requiring very little supervision. In our department we have top talent with a solid work ethic. We know what needs to get done and do it properly.
