It has been a roller coaster but I have learned a lot working here and the compensation is great. A lot of work needs to be done from a leadership standpoint in order to improve the culture here though.

With the exception of one person, I enjoy collaborating and brainstorming new ways to get more efficient.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked Masha during my first interview and was inspired by Bobby's commitment and drive to be the best.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The way leadership handles/talk to employees during bad days. Also, more accountability from leadership to hold employees accountable that do terrible things - things that would get them fired within seconds from other companies.
