Wix does not pay livable wage, and they will not care that you cant pay rent. They base raises on performance but refuse to acknowledge that the metrics work against you if you are in payments where you work with angrier users more often.

Payments has so so so many problems. We try to bring them to leadership... For over a year... nothing ever gets fixed.
