At this point, I am very excited that I decided to join Wonderschool. The experience from day one until now has been phenomenal. I love that we live our mission and that's what attracted me here. I'm a strong proponent of education equality for all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Outside of salary, the company pays full benefits and I love the packages that are offered.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the fact that each interviewer that I met with focused on a different value of the company when asking me questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My first week at the company, everyone was so welcoming and eager to assist me with getting on-boarded. My team truly values teamwork and collaboration.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive attribute of the culture is that my voice matters. Whether it's my first day or 101st day, my concerns or feedback is taken as serious as anyone else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that we are truly one team, no one's voice or opinions go unheard. There's this culture of teamwork that by default is permeated within everyone and I love it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I have the opportunity to truly be a change agent in helping to eradicate the achievement gap for underrepresented youth, through our mission that all children have access to adequate early childhood education.
