What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness to learning, growing, and adapting so we can reach our full potential for impact as a company is very powerful...and makes working her incredibly fun and rewarding!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's wonderful to see how the leadership team works hard to model our core values. For instance, there's a major focus on having a growth mindset as we're building the company. This is true for members of the leadership team as well as for the company as a whole.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the chance to interact with a number of different team members during the course of the interview process. It gave me a helpful sense of the people and culture at the company - and painted a very realistic picture of what I found after starting to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the passion for the mission, the commitment to our values, the desire to learn and grow, and the dedication to building a company that makes a huge impact in the world. Plus, everyone brings a positive, can-do attitude to the work that makes me think we can tackle any challenge or issue.
