Coworkers. Everyone is not only super competent at what they do, but I love grabbing lunch or hanging out after hours with each person here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has ownership over what they're working on. It's not about being seen staying at the office till 10pm, it's about the quality of the work you are doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super competent at what they do. Whether I'm working with an engineer on a new product feature or checking in with an account manager, I have complete faith in each person. Bonus points, there's not a single person I don't enjoy eating lunch with on a daily basis.
