Don't just rely on what managers are saying they are nothing but Picasso of micro-managers, I can say if micromanagement is art then your QA leads and QA managers can be the picaaso if it.

Being a product based company hike and appraisal should be good but it will be possible only if you are on good terms with your leads and managers no matter how hard working you are
