Low pay, no room for advancement, and upper mangent gives you stupid projects when the branches are slow

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay competitive wages. Wage stagnation is a problem. Branch Managers doing less than half the work of operations gets paid 6 figures? Completely not structured for your tenure staff to stay
