What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most started at the bottom and worked their way up so they have been there.
They include everyone in what's is new

Caring about general employees and staff.

Communication. Inclusion of workforce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus opportunity is great in most years
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay competitive wages. Wage stagnation is a problem. Branch Managers doing less than half the work of operations gets paid 6 figures? Completely not structured for your tenure staff to stay
They shouldn't have us pay so much for our insurance
Yes. Have not received a raise since 2015.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nice people, all want me to succeed
People look out for each other.
we all have fun together even outside of work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our manager is horrible. Provides no leadership. Completely disconnected. Very narcissistic. Manages by intimidation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Small company with a family atmosphere

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management, no women and get rid of HR.
Again, more team building, better communications. There is a definite divide between Senior Management and lower level employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Managers response time and follow up was fast. They gave a fair description of the job

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My job has gotten somewhat tedious and have been taken off path from my primary skill set. Lack of appreciation.
