Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has shown no matter seniority or tenure they care more about people on seats than work life balance. They offer no compensation for people who are forced to commute 2-4 more times a week and the costs incurred in transport and managing dependants at home where their hybrid role helped.
