What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at our site gets along really well. We're like a small family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together well and always care about their goals.. if they hit them they get free gifts and parties!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly bonuses, stocks, etc. All good. The insurance is not the best, though. Especially for a dental materials company, we should have a much better dental plan.
