What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very down to earth and communicate well with the company as a whole. They do a great job of driving the vision and spend a tremendous amount of effort to ensure new team members are trained and treated well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Zibby is ridiculously generous with the portion of my health insurance benefits that they pay for. With a family of 6, it's cheap for me...it's not cheap for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone meshes very well and shares good ideas and input. Everyone is very willing to help others out, especially new team members. I feel very cared for.
