They are so positive and motivating! Everyone brings unique experiences and can offer insight about sales techniques for individual verticals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of freedom, it's nice to be able to be comfortable in your environment. There isn't much micromanagement and there's still a strong startup vibe in the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People love bouncing ideas off each other. If there's ever a lead that you're not sure how to approach, teammates are great at helping you come up with pitches or pain points.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they asked genuine questions, it made it less stressful. They weren't reading questions off a sheet but rather engaged in a conversation about my experiences and how I thought my skills would transfer.
